This wonderful weather is making me antsy to get outside every chance I can get. I love booking my weekends with fun festivals and outside activities.I just ran across an article about the 40th Annual Inman Park Spring Festival and Tour of Homes that is scheduled for April 30th and May 1st. The festival is described as “widely regarded as Atlanta’s most spirited and eclectic.” Doesn’t that make you wish spring was here now?

Homeowners Sell Low to Move Up
Interesting article in the AJC about homeowners who sell their homes at a loss in order to take advantage of low interest rates when purchasing a larger home. It makes it more interesting that Anna K is mentioned 🙂
