Kelsey’s Biography

Kelsey Mandus Head Shot Kelsey Mandus is a proud Atlanta native. She developed her love for real estate early in her career and brings six years of diverse real estate experience to the team. With a background in multi-family leasing, property management and commercial real estate, Kelsey’s in-town knowledge helps her clients achieve their real estate goals by keeping them “in the know” as it relates to both micro and macro market trends. While working in the commercial industry, Kelsey specialized in representing landlords and has transitioned that skill set to optimize results for her clients looking to sell their properties. Kelsey recently joined Anna K Intown as a listing partner and as the child of two attorneys, loves negotiating the best deal for her clients.

Kelsey currently lives in the Reynoldstown neighborhood with her husband Jesse and their three fur babies – Peppers, Mouse and Gracie. When Kelsey is not working, you can find her checking out all the newest local restaurants, walking the Beltline and cheering on the Atlanta Falcons!

Charles’ Biography

As Director of Operations and Talent, Charles Hancock ensures Anna K Intown meets all business goals by overseeing the successful implementation and management of financial systems, administration, organization and infrastructure, human resources, and technology. Charles brings eight years of experience in operations and project management and is passionate about implementing strategies, developing and improving systems, and working with and building teams.

Prior to joining Anna K Intown, Charles worked in the international development and humanitarian aid sectors in a wide variety of roles focused on business development, emergency response, and project implementation. He has worked in Afghanistan, Jordan, Kenya, Liberia, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, as well as domestically in Washington, D.C. and Atlanta. Charles is proud to have served as a United States peace corps volunteer in Kenya. He holds a BA in History from the University of Alabama and a MPH from the University of Edinburgh. When he is not working, Charles is spending time with his partner Stephanie, playing tennis or watching “futbol” at Brewhouse.

New Member Expected to Push Team to Next Level

ATLANTA — The Anna K Intown Inc. Real Estate Team and Keller Williams Intown Realty welcomes the newest team member, Rachel Shirey, to the family as their Executive Assistant.

Shirey joins CEO, Realtor and Listing Expert Anna Kilinski, Listing and Client Care Manager Jeff Burch, Buyers Specialist Brian Olivard and Buyers Specialist Charlotte Bair to round out their top-performing team and help push initiatives forward in 2015.

“As our Executive Assistant, Rachel is solely responsible for creating the highest level of efficiency possible for the team such that our agents and other team members can focus on their area of specialization,” Kilinski said.

“Rachel will be managing the entire office, not only from a systems and organizational standpoint, but also ensuring that our team goals, daily wins and milestones are accurately monitored and accounted for to ensure the team’s accountability and overall success. I’d say this is one of the most important roles on the team, and she is deserving.”

Shirey graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Journalism in 2011 with a focus on Psychology and English. She worked with Southern Community Newspapers Inc. and their satellite newspaper, The Henry Herald, through 2014 as the Government Reporter and Advertising Executive.

She investigated city and county documents for financial holes and discrepancies to maintain the honesty and organization of the area’s elected officials. Shirey made it her mission to intricately monitor the county’s business on behalf of the people.

Shirey now brings this skill set to the Anna K Intown team allowing them to proactively serve their clients with the highest level of service possible. Her main goal is to ensure the team becomes the go-to real estate team in the local in-town Atlanta neighborhoods and help maintain the team’s level of excellence.
